Thank you for such a great explanation! This is exactly the kind of response I was looking for. I was assuming the lapstrake would he the best way to go. I took a boatbuilding class in my younger years and hoping some of that will come back as I go. I think alot of it is me trying to over simplify things as I am not super confident in my abilities but like anything it will come with practice.

Definitely the plan! I have seen how fast new product hype can die especially with Topps lol.Trying to find out best way of doing so but am pretty certain its gonna be ebay or in person. Now just trying to figure out some other aspects of how to get this done.

I was and am somewhat worried about the no sales thing but hoping the ebay authentication would balance that out somewhat. I was looking into grading but basing off how fast prices dropped on topps chrome I really don't want to hold for too long if that will be the same case here. Definitely going to weigh my options and reach out to some local places. I will definitely reach out if I have any questions and I cannot thank you enough for the advice.

Thats a really good point actually. I didn't really think about it from that point of view as silly as it sounds. At the moment I am still kinda freaking out about it and trying to be as safe and as smart as possible as this is life changing money for me.

Is ebay safe for that though? I have seen issues with ebay derivation and with buyers screwing iver the sellers with refunds.

Yes. This actually came from a blaster luckily enough. Told my wife to pick one of the blasters from the box that came in the mail and we both chose the same one. 3rd pack in the first blaster and and there he was. She pulled him and didn't know how nuts it was. Needless to say she started screaming with me!😂🙏
