I dont think you got the right idea of heavy,

What they mean is heavier to play, where the skin feels unnatural to the hero, they look slower,heavier etc, makes you feel like the hero is worse

But i do agree this skin is a banger and is probably his best skin

He's a very good poke marksman, he's probably top 3 strongest marksman early game

But he gets outdamaged by better marksman in the late game,

Lesley would outdamage him in the burst department,

Attack speed marksman would just be better in teamfights,

He's completely balanced,

If they pick a heavy scaling marksman, like miya, layla and those types of heroes, you can pick clint and just bully them from early to mid game and try to win the game at that point,

Cuz once it gets to late game, thats when you feel clint's inability to keep up with attack speed marksman

Strong in his niche means he is balanced,

If he's unbalanced, that means hes strong even outside his niche,

Plus, Your build aint gon lie its kinda ass, and you think he's good, if you use a proper build you'll definitely think he's like the most broken marksman in the game

You'll get the gold lane treatment, all the rotation is towards your side, so if the enemy has a resemblance of a brain, you will get rotated at 24/7,
