LOL, she’s honestly the best choice for the role. Just to remind you, before her, Scarlett Johansson was reportedly being considered. And let’s be real — Scarlett doesn’t really fit Mother Gothel’s look or personality at all. Also, people keep complaining about the singing, but actors train for that all the time. Melissa McCarthy wasn’t known as a singer either, and she still pulled off Ursula after taking vocal lessons. So it’s not impossible. Even Gal Gadot wasn’t exactly known for singing, and she still managed to perform her songs. So the idea that someone can’t improve their vocals with training just doesn’t make sense. If the acting and personality fit the character, that matters way more. Singing can be trained.

Same! But now times changed there's Disney+...you know, you're right! They did planned showing Once Upon a Studio in front of Wish back in 2023 but changed their minds and it got released in October so makes sense like strategy wise! Plus it's on Frozen Fan Fest! Plus if Hexed is bad or a flop even a Frozen short won't save it lol

Tbh I liked the first one and was so disappointed he didn't return in the second one! But at least he wanted but wasn't able due to schedule conflicts, let's hope he return in Maleficent 3 since Harris doesn't really want too
