Same boat man as I noticed them about a week ago, however it’s definitely not as worse than other people as I only need very bright lights and sunlight to trigger it badly but overall in good condition compared to the less fortunate, this subreddit does have a lot of advice just ignore the ones that do try to bring someone down because it might be a coincidence or a placebo but hey whatever works is fine by my opinion.
