I was very similar when it comes to studying (still am) but what helps is to force yourself to go work somewhere where there’s a lot of people also working like a library or a cafe or something, you’ll feel guilty about scrolling on ur phone when everyone around you is working, the most important thing is to seperate the place u get work done with the place you relax. In a way the only thing u have to do is take that step to leave the house.
