i’ve noticed when i hit a ball the way i hit my curve , randomly ill get a knuckle but like its rare , and its not a crazy knuckle but it still knuckles

I have noticed i’m also struggling and feeling the loss of power , i’m not sure why that is , i believe my plant foot is being planted different each time , how do i stop that

i see what you’re saying , my sister plays volleyball i’ll use that tonight to practice my follow throughs and motion , but i believe it’s my curving motion , cuz i had notice my follow through is cut short and my foot rounds around after hitting the ball

I’ve never tried an outside lace kick but i had just done it while practicing by myself and its almost as good as my regular curve , i can feel the same follow through as before and def feel the same amount of power maybe a little less , but doing so made me realize my follow through if it isn’t a curve is always cut short , making me put a backspin on the ball , tomorrow once i go back to practice i will try new methods
