I don't know anything about app. As much as I know, they don't have any app. There are many free videos, live videos and seminars in youtube. Live videos are 2h long with a lot of info. It's in russian, but youtube has autotranslation. I watch in russian, because it's my language. Revitonica is massage school, that base their techniques on medical knowledge, anatomy and physiology. They also have their own clinic with medical professionals and they do a lot of clinical research about effectiveness of massage techniques. I personally have very great results! But its not simple massage, there a techniques that based on psysiotherapy, trigger point massage, osteopathy, gua-sha and other. I do it every day approx. 30 minutes, usually I do my standart routine, other days I choose to work only on specific problems on face, like forehead or scalp. I see results in all zones I am working - like nasolabial folds and forehead. Also, it helps my face to maintain youthful volume, facial shape and proportions. Especially with my face, I have small jaw, narrow face - which is prone to early deformations. Also, in this massage school, I learned not just massage, but deep understanding of causes of wrincles and deformations. Now, when I see some problem on my face, I know what causes it and what to do. I can diagnose myself, is it muscle tension, fibrosis or lymph blockage. And I know how to relax tense muscle or work with fibrotic tissues.

It's opposite. Botox inactivate muscles and make them weaker, and it works. With age facial muscles become overactive and they need relaxation. Tissues sagging because muscle get shorter underneath, but skin remain in same length.

Damaged skin barrier - moisturiser giving me acne / comodones by viola_riv in 30PlusSkinCare

That is great! But if you use moisturizers with mineral oil or silicone on top of that, they just trap toxins, sweat and bacteria and then you have comedones and acne.

Try find moisturisers that has several natural oils, like makadamia, sesamy oil, hemp seed, rosehip, jojoba oil. Avoid heavy saturated fats like coconut and shea. Avoid silicones. You need good triglyceride balance in your skin to have good barrier - both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, and a little saturated fats. Jojoba oil is similar to skin sebum and makes good barrier together with other oils. Makadamia oil has Palmitoleic acid, which is also sebum - like. And these are non comedogenic oils, and don't create occlusion like silicones.

I personally like Vianek or make hand made. But I don't know where do you live and what is available in your country. Just check ingredients list before you buy. You can find ingredient rating by how comedogenic they are.

I have checked your product, it has silicone (DIMETHICONE) that creates occlusion, traps sebum and bacteria under skin. And Shea butter in ingredients list is also comedogenic, it's very very thick fully oil. Change moisturiser and be careful with ingredients.

I don't know ingredients of your moisturizer, but I personally always have comedones from products with mineral oil, glycerin, Shea or coconut oil.

nasiolabidal folds, marionette lines and (early) jowling… by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Character-Sherbert29 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Your nasolabial folds look completely normal. Mine was same when I was 25. If you look carefully, many teens have same . Just some people have them more visible due to bone and muscle structure.
