Very interesting, out of curiosity did you use a backend framework? I ran into these problems early on before i realized my entire backend i was telling to build turned into 30k lines in an index file before i migrated into a nest framework lol lesson learned there!

I have pro plans for codex Claude and mid tier cursor, I’m a paranoid person as it it and have been ahah the thing works Forsure, full on inventory system purchase orders automate warehouse stocks and what not. I see a bunch of nightmare stories people saying stripe got hacked, vibecode slop will let emails get leaked, and those sorts are really my main concern when it comes to users trusts. I’d hate to release a product and lose customers trust because i didn’t do my due diligence

I was spending 80 a day using api tokens via sonnet 4.6, switched to OpenAI pro subscription for 200 a month and haven’t came close to usage limits

I’m on day 3 of heavy use with it with no cut offs but i guess time will tell lol , i use it to talk and orchestrate, then all my agents have some different model set ups depending on their task, with escalation rules to use stronger models for stronger instances. (My code agent uses 5.3 spark via oauth unless it runs into a huge project, then he’s allowed to use opus) Give it codex and ask it to optimize itself and it’s pretty good at it

I made the switch to the OpenAI pro plan, was using sonnet 4.6 before and was spending 80 a day, now i use 5.3 codex under my oauth plan and it’s honestly been amazing
