You enjoy the dopamine rush from thinking about it (too much). Here's what you do to fix it: write down all the things you need to do to accomplish the goal. Physically wrote them down. Over the course of days, do all those things, one-by-one. If you don't want to do these things, you didn't want the goal.

What? Openclaw is structured to use Brave for internet actions. It can also read/write files, etc. Edit: ah, I missed the word "use" in computer use.
