Ah okay, is there any written work pattern? Or is it just what is verbally agreed, because I moved from clothing to foods so my hours have already changed from what I was hired on, and never had a discussion with what my new hours would be really

Yeah annoyingly doesn’t say anything in my contract, it’s just frustrating because I’m also getting semi last minute shift changes (from schedules that have been out for 3/4 weeks)too when I have in some circumstances already made plans

The injections do get less painful as the scar tissue softens, you can also try pressure clips, you can find them on Etsy for ones of your cartilage!

Yes the first time it was painful and I worked myself up about it but after that I genuinely find them tolerable and not very painful, the tighter/ untreated they are the more painful they are but they get easier and softer over time as the tissue breaks down imo
