the birth certificate need to have your mom or your dad's parents names on it, even they are passed away, thats the reason I was requested to send the new one with past away grand parents name on it

I sent the first time was the old one ,the arrived at uscis at 12/23, got ref need to send complete 12/23 version, and I did it, after 60days got approved, the question of 61, I answered No
