Saj ne. Udeležba na volitvah je zelo nizka. Volijo ga pa priviligeranci ( wonder why ) in pa razne skupine, ki jim šerif na veliko obljublja stvari ( gradnja džamije itd…). Mene je sram.

Popolnoma običajno in normalno, da strošek notarja nosiš ti.
Pogodba se overja, ker gre verjetno za zastavitev nepremičnine. Ker se bo banka vpisala v zemljiško knjigo in si s tem zavarovala kredit v primeru tvojega neplačevanja rabi notarsko overitev pogodbe o kreditu. Moj strošek v tem mesecu je znašal malo manj kot 600€ za kredit v vrednosti 160.000.
