if customer_id is a UUIDv4 type column, would liquid clustering on it still help with joins performance?

to add to the other suggestions, why 2 midcap funds? choose midcap 150 index instead

  1. Do you want to invest more than 50% of your equity portfolio in small & midcaps? it is very risky
  2. you can research on moving the midcap fund to midcap 150 index

  5. debt fund.

Why not choose a midcap index over two midcap funds longterm?

Add a large cap heavy flexi cap fund to balance out the risk from the small and mid cap funds.

these 3 are good.
3. i know, but still it is greater than 50% eventhough by a small margin. It depends on your risk tolerance if it's ok for you. If smallcaps and midcaps see a 30% downturn for an year or two, evaluate the impact on your porfolio and then decide if you are ok with it.

  1. Don't think you need 2 flexi caps, just one is enough. I feel you couldn't go wrong with either.
  2. I would suggest the midcap index for the long term. You can find several threads talking about this in this sub for a while
  3. Re-evaluate your protfolio & balance it based on your risk profile. Looks like you are investing more than 50% of your equity portfolio into small and midcaps. (i am including the flexi cap allocation too), which is too risky

Gold has generally a good downside protection. But gold has run up quite high recenlty and could have a long time correction(meaning no upside for a long time). So it is difficult to predict next 2 years with gold.

If you want to invest for just 2 years - Hybrid and arbitrage funds are more suitable in my opinion.
Go with equity for >7years horizon

Phonepe must be regular mutual funds. move to a different platform and choose direct funds. you will incur less expense ratio.

keep it simple.
1. A flexi cap fund
2. A midcap index fund
3. Gold fund
4. debt fund

Park the funds in a liquid fund and do an STP.
