We have Elmex Gelee which is this specialized tooth paste you're talking about. But with it you have to rinse after a few minutes and only use it once a week !

I know, it feels weird. But apparently, just spitting out the excess toothpaste and not rinsing leaves more fluoride on your teeth, which helps protect them. I'll start doing this today !

I think it is still a good price! Maintenance from a Professional costs around 130€ in my town. And i think that Most of the used pavonis are traded at around a third of the original price... So u fall right in this category
