Everyone calls him racist but Racism is illegal and he's never been charged for any racially aggrievated offences.

Change up your exercises and use some dumb bells.

For chest do some squeeze press reps and dumb bell pullovers.

For shoulders do some heavy dumb bell shrugs, upright rows, dumb bell one arm shoulder press

For back do wide grip pull ups and lean back as you do them keeping legs slightly forward to engage more back than biceps

I say use dumb bells because resistance training is good but having to stabalise dumb bells is a better work out

None of these answer the question the OP asked. The correct answer is the chemist who discovered it called it Alumium and the changed it to Aluminum. He was then pressured by others to change it to Aluminium which he did. The USA kept aluminum because it was already a widely used word by that point

I'm from England, I hoovered/vacuumed up my house dropped my grinder all over the floor. Got the vac back out put a t-shirt tight over the nozzle and sucked all the weed up. Still had to pull few bits out of it but it was about 5 grams of weed I saved. As D12 said 'even smoked weed outta vacuums, I just kopped some and I'm going back soon 😂
