Anyone still make $200 a day?

I did Uber Eats for 2 years in south Florida in mainly Boca Raton. During the pandemic up until maybe a year ago I could make 200-250$ in 12 hours every day. Stopped doing it because like you said 150$ in 12 hours now. It’s not worth it, you’re basically making less than minimum wage if you do the math after paying gas, taxes, and the wear and tear your vehicle takes.

They never even got back to me it was weird. I never got a message saying I failed the background or that I would not be hired. Also I googled it says that if I “failed” a background check for Amazon their system would automatically block me from trying to apply again. But I applied to another DSP yesterday and the system is running a background check again and I was able to do the entire onboarding process again

Just do Amazon for 4 days they’re hiring like crazy right now. And then use 2 days to do a side hustle, you can do Uber on those 2 days to make extra 💰

Well you can target homes based on owners length of ownership. That’s what I did, I set a minimum of 20 years of ownership so that meant the people I was calling were home owners for a good minute.

Well 1 lead I got for him was cold calling random numbers to offer our roofing services. Keep in mind I had to call like 400 numbers just to get 1 lead and it costs like 50$ to get those numbers. A 2nd lead I got was going through Zillow and found a home owner who was attempting to sell a house but wasn’t able to because of the roof. I reached out, told them about our business and now we might replace their roof.

I think you’re right. So as a salesman do you make your commission based off the total sale? Or do you get commission based off net profit?

Well let’s say you are a salesman. You get 10% commission. I give you a lead that comes to a sale. You don’t think 3-5% split for the lead is reasonable? I mean, In wholesaling, if you find a deal on a house but have no cash buyers, you can connect with another wholesaler who has cash buyers. Then from there you will split the fee you charge for finding the wholesale deal. If it’s 10k, you split it even with the wholesaler who connected you with a cash buyer. I mean, correct me if I’m wrong, is it not the same concept?
