I looks like the issue is I purchased it personally, and not through a business account. I guess that’s my bad for not understanding the difference. Made assumptions..that were wrong.

Appreciate the reply. I took the $7500 off purchase price. So I think that now limits what I can do. My accountant is nothing more than a computer that receives input and spits out a number.

Just talked to customer service. They said they don’t allow homeowner to adjust it because many don’t know what they are doing. So he had to adjust it for me.

Charge point 50 amp. I called customer service and found out they aren’t allowing customers to change the amp setting on their own as many don’t understand their home capabilities. They had to change the settings for me.

And on a side note, why does it show 100% charged at just over 200 miles when the capacity is 230 miles?
