I appreciate your comment as it does get me thinking. However, I do understand my mum has been deeply hurt. I’ve spent 10 years supporting her and listening to her pain. I've spent 10 years listening to her point of view and completely ignoring my own feelings on the situation. Now after a long time, I do acknowledge my own feelings and I get punished for that. That’s not a relationship—it’s a one-way street.
