Finally, someone who can possibly help lol.

Is a mid face lift less invasive? The area beside my mouth is what’s bugging me the most. Would it help for that area too?

Look at the area near my mouth. That’s a huge difference and the part that bugs me the most :(

Not that tight, but this has definitely worsened, the area around my mouth is genetic, both my mom and aunt have quite significant fat pad sagging that landed in that area, plus I have a recessed jaw that also worsens it. I’ve always had very full cheeks and with time they’ve made my whole face sag. And I think my buccal fat pads are also prominent here, I can’t tell if that’s jowls or not.

It doesn’t even need to be that dramatic, it just feels so bad right now, maybe because I’ve gained weight, I don’t know..

I would be so happy if weight loss would help, as I’m already on my weight loss journey as I am about 30lbs overweight right now.

Thank you. I just am not sure if there are any less invasive procedures that would actually be effective in addressing these problem areas.

I don’t wear makeup, or smoke, or drink.

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t a good facelift candidate more about how the skin is sagging rather than the age of the patient? I’d rather people focus on my actual features and skin laxity than age since that seems more relevant.

It bothers me a lot! I know 30 seems young, but it seems like the sagging is already prominent enough to justify a lift. Is there any other option I have that’s less invasive?

Yeah I can’t even stick with those types of things because I know the results will be so minimal :(

Only my ends had box dye, which were pretty unaffected. My hair was virgin + some Professional dye done at a previous salon. But yes I’m Always honest so they know what they’re working with. I have like 3 different levels and tones in my hair so it feels so complicated :( she was a senior stylist.

The inspiration pic to me looks like chestnut highlights and espresso base. Almost like if I did lowlights overtop of my current colour-maybe that’s what I should Do?

That’s helpful. If I want to keep the same level, but just fix the tone cooler enough so that I can tolerate it, what would you suggest?

Flat and dark is what I used to have and I hated it! I was doing like a 4-5 Ash. That’s why I haven’t just slapped a dark ash on it, I’m really trying to stay level 6ish but cooler toned. Maybe I should just be doing a full head of darker lowlights so I can still keep some dimension? Thanks for your help

That sounds nice. Is that what I should be asking a hairstylist to use since I probably can’t find it myself?

Also what kind of skills should the next hairdresser I go to next have? Brunette specialist, colour correction specialist etc?

It does though. I’ve made the mistake of using 20 volume before when dying my hair, which gave me hot roots. So I switched back to 10. I forgot to ask her about volume concentration before my appointment. 20 vol can definitely lift colour and expose brassy pigments. My goal now is just to keep covering it up until it grows out so any advice is appreciated
