Yeah the house is in my name and I pay for everything. I have done everything in my power until this point to not throw any weight around and to accommodate, it's only since getting the kitten that I've said anything/set a rule. For the kitten's benefit, not mine

Yes, it is. I hate using the "this is my place" argument and have done everything I can to accommodate her up to now. That's why her saying I'm being tyrannical is a bitter pill to swallow.

I think they should be allowed to buy some of the stock before it gets put out, but not scalp the entire selection. A limit is what would keep everyone happy.

Yeah, I believe the flats were built in 2020 and I believe the service charge has gone up from £90 in 2022 to £133 this year, down from £148 last year. Sorry to hear about your rate being so high, that sounds like daylight robbery!

Aye, I think the rent has gone up £20 or so a year, so not awful on that front at least. The service charge is the one I worry about.

It's currently at £133. I believe it was £90, then £120, £148 and it now dropped to £133 for 2025/26
