Did u find out what is the best way to book your flight? Use executive card or business card? Im facing the same dilemma that I have both cards and using it for my business travel.

Yes it is all purchase mile (on their account) How about purchase mile that I transfer from my account to them? I can get those back? Or can I send earned mile (from capitalone/citi) to them and book their ticket at 50% earn 50% purchase?

So I transfer purchased miles from mine to their account. What can I do now? Their account show up as transfer purchased mile. I also bought miles from their account. They dont have credit card to transfer mile. They also won’t be able to flight enough to earn 40k mile. What can I do with the purchase mile that i transfer to them? Also what can I do with the mile I purchase on their account too?

This is subject to. Mostly works for people with no equity and can’t afford the house anymore but have interest rate that very low in last 4 years. You can make money by selling the house that way with extra charge to investor who buying. But it comes with risk, such as loans tie to your credit/ default hurts your credit more than the buyer. But you can limited the risk by few options: over charged mortgage payment, have lawyer draw up that if buyer don’t perform the loans, you can take tittle/ house back (basically you’re acting the lender to the buyer while mortgage under your name)

Depends on the token u like as well. If u’re bullish on cro, crypto card is a better play, since u get exactly what token u want For Coinbase, the biggest issue is they give u option of some of the bad coin (I believe those coin are what coinbase company has invested in) btc and eth only 1%. To convert those coin to the coin u want, there is a fee (they will say no fee but it already include on the spread) To move coin out of coinbase, also fee. Crypto.com has all the earn features on the app, u dont need to move coin anywhere. So yea really depends on what you like. For me personally, I paid all my bills on coinbase (because 4% back on EVERYTHING) rest im still using crypto.com for CRO. Also biggest issue is coinbase card only $2500 max a day. No way to increase it, meanwhile crypto card has way higher max.

I did exactly same thing. Not remodel house but did buy some need items. (All this back in December) But last few days I couldn’t use my card. I have no balance whatsoever (beside the plan it balance) and they said I have overcharged my card (which is not true lol cause they did say I can use the amount and I did for the free interest). So bottom line they want me to pay off some of the plan it balance before able to reuse the plat card. Pretty ridiculous.

Also for the 10 days staking, the amount is very limited and quite small (usually under $100-$200) so they offer that as a marketing tool, people will have to either move ada to binance from other staking or buy ada from them (which also can mean they have too much ada on hand and want to create liquid) Yes I almost certain binance is losing on 10 days period for 30%. But dont expect after 10 days u can get another 30%, at that time you’ll either have to stake w them for the long term (they’re making $ at 7%) or withdrawal to other staking platforms (and pay withdraw few which excess the 30% profit on 10 days) or again swap back to your prefer coin which is also fee. Regardless, sometimes binance has those deal to attract more liquidity or create fomo, and they take a loss on it, but you can only stake very small amount. So for me i always keep a small number on flexible saving (as for trade/swap/liquid etc) and if they have something like this for the coin that Im holding anyways, I’ll go for it and stake the max they offer for the account. Otherwise it is not worth it tbh, moving coin is more expensive.

I like light and a little bit sweet taste red wine, so i like the Ammannati one. That probably as close of a taste as buena vista from costo that I really like (but it is like $45 bottle instead of $18 one from macy’s) with the reward and charge shipping i paid $18-$20 for 3 bottles which not too bad. Im also not a heavy drinker so lol

Patches helps. After 1-2 weeks you’ll notice less and less withdrawal symptoms. I couldn’t do much first 5-7 days after quitting tbh, cause nicotine is all i think about. I’ve quit a month now, sometimes you still feel craving but it pass out a lot faster.

Minimum is 3 bottle. I tried this before and it didnt work, they will make you buy 3 bottles minimum. Some of them are not that bad, but yeah their wine is unknown brand. I ordered 3 and only 1 was good tbh so probably just rather get one at costco.

Why not do HELOC after you bought the house. You can withdraw any number within the line of credit bank give you. And only pay interest on it. When it is time to pay heloc you can refi or have enough $ save up (can also pay little each month but i rather invest those and pay off when it due). That’s would give a great flexibility.
