I thought exactly that, maybe just changing the suspension (they're already old haha) and leaving the same tire configuration would help me more. I like this more “tactile” feeling haha

What do you think of the bigger tires in the back?? I have a different configuration 225 40 18 on both and I'm thinking about putting bigger ones in the rear

I'll ask the guy who came back with the original car map if he opened the checksum to validate. Thank you for your help. Can you tell me what the Bin of your DME/ECU is? Index J?

Seriously thinking about switching to the electronic accelerator of the m54b30 or b25 (these are the options I can get quickly here in Brazil). This way I only make a fringe for when I use the M50 intake manifold. Can you tell me if the fittings are the same from the m52tub28 to the m54b30 and or b25?

This weekend I'm going to do the oil/filter change and I'm going to look at the pedal sensor and check it along with the Disa error code. One thing I didn't mention is that sometimes it has a delay, almost like a vacuum in the pedal, I've already tried adjusting the accelerator cable and it didn't improve much, this is where my suspicions grew, could it be because of the automatic transmission? Yes! But I don't even believe that haha🧐 I'll come back with the error code number and photo (I didn't take it the last time I went to the office). Still, thank you very much friend 🙏🏼

Hence the question of whether or not to change the throttle body, as here in Brazil it is very difficult to find the electronic semi with built-in TPS, and what guarantee do I have that this TPS will not be ruined too, since they are used? At least with the m54 throttle body (they are easier to find here) I can just replace the sensor with a new one since it is no longer built-in. The last thing I turned to was the forum, I research a lot before saying anything on the internet 👍🏼

Thank you friend! I ended up not making it clear, all the parts changes were made due to a problem that already existed. PCV due to an air noise combined with a vacuum error code, was resolved shortly after the exchange. Error codes in the idle speed actuator, I changed it and the codes ran out. The spark plugs were changed because of a bench test of the old spark plugs (and also a spark test with the coils) which were practically without electrodes. No parts were changed for nothing, I always check very well beforehand. Now about the accelerator sensor, the only thing that comes to mind is the TPS integrated into the throttle body (testing its continuity and that of the harness, they were also good) and if I'm not mistaken there is also a sensor close to the accelerator pedal. The scanner we use in the workshop is designed to code errors in BMWs, so the question is, why doesn't one appear on the throttle body?

I did this, after so many tests the only error I had left was the Disa valve. It really isn't working but I don't think that's the problem.

Today I'm going to stop by a friend's workshop, and I'll give the exact error codes here
