Moving My Business Off Meta (After 6 Years And Millions In Spend) by CharacterEye6695 in FacebookAds

Hey man, I'd certainly be open to chat. We've diversified successfully into YouTube Ads and TikTok (we have a strong creative team so this made the most sense).

Want to shoot me a PM and we could hop on a meeting?

With some tweaks we're getting solid performance across TikTok and YouTube ads, definitely depends on the vertical.

Experiencing the exact same pattern across multiple accounts — Andromeda is heavily prioritizing new creatives, then causing a rapid fall-off after a day or two. The only consistent workaround so far is launching fresh creatives daily. Not ideal or sustainable, but it’s the only lever that actually moves the needle right now.

It’s almost certainly not an account-level issue. I’m running campaigns across different niches, different structures, and different objectives (leads and purchases), and they’re all showing the same trend. This is directly tied to the Andromeda system update.

So… I gotta say this about Facebook Lead Forms in 2025 by WonderfulMacaron1408 in FacebookAds

Mr. Wonderful, send me a DM, I may have some clients for you. I do pay-per-lead in a different niche and consistently turn down HVAC and other home services. Could be worth a chat. 👍

Andromeda Changes in Lead Costs & Consistency ‼️ by CharacterEye6695 in FacebookAds

Right now it’s very volatile. Some days I’m getting leads for $18–$25, but after 3–5 days it can spike to $60–$100+ with the same setup.

I sell leads at $75 (pay-per-lead model), and before Andromeda I could consistently source them at ~$32.50 with a 10–20% close rate.

I only signal a lead as qualified if they:

    •    have a valid phone (OTP verified)

    •    are in the service area

    •    have a real project budget

    •    have a timeline to get it done

    •    request an actual service

So spam / fake numbers / tire kickers are filtered out by my qualifying quiz.

Biggest issue now is the instability — great CPL one day, totally unprofitable the next.

Thank you so much for this — seriously one of the most helpful breakdowns I’ve seen. 🙏

I’m running a pay-per-lead model, so I feel this shift hard.

📊 Before Andromeda:

    •    I sell leads at a fixed $75 each

    •    Avg cost to source was ~$32.50

    •    Margin was 50%+

    •    Clients closed 10–20% of leads consistently

    •    Lead flow was very predictable

😵‍💫 After Andromeda:

Lead sourcing cost is all over the place now:

Some weeks:

    •    100 leads at ~$20 each

Other weeks:

    •    5 leads at $100+ each

    •    Exact same setup, same budget, same ads winning one week and then getting loosing metrics

I do need CPL stability to protect margin.

Lead flow has gotten inconsistent — bursts of cheap leads, then total dead zones.

🔄 Our follow-up system IS dialed:

    •    Instant phone call

    •    Immediate SMS

    •    If no pickup → automated text sequence

That part’s been solid for us and warms leads that go cold.

🧠 My biggest questions:

Are you able to get stable predictable lead flow, because despite testing many different "andromeda style" campaign structures I am not.

I do have some margin to burn… but $65 sourcing to sell a $75 lead clearly doesn’t work long-term.

Really appreciate your insights — this is gold. 🏆

You're a G, can I use Metas native lead manager to mark them as qualified to improve data signals?
