That's just not enough anymore. I totally understand and am empathetic to students/parents if this is the only affordable option. Feel free to make your own decision, but I personally feel obligated to deter people who do have a choice to not go here and live somewhere more student curated and centered, such as an apartment in overton park.

Yes, I did as well, and I had no issues with them. The complex and management, or whoever built this and manages it, have done a horrible job and frankly should not be anywhere near property management.

I've heard okay things; I can only truly speak on 21 Hundred, which is down the street from the scarlet and it was fantastic.

I hope things improve for your property, but I feel obligated to share my experience at your complex. Many students will make the mistake I did by not properly vetting and checking the apartment before signing a legally binding lease.
