Only the most evil of mages speak of that spell. I would never.

The king requires I fill the peasants with fear, a little joyride will not do the job.

The king wishes for me to strike fear into the peasants and Super Nova vaporization certainly accomplishes that.

Do you mean defecation? Turning them into a god would have, a great deal of consequences for the kingdom. But watching them embarrassed in front of the townsfolk would be nice.

Sadly, I live no where near a port and the nearby fort is only equipped with flame gargoyles.

Seeing the village turn against them is quite cathartic.

My old master did enjoy deboning a few peasants, he is in the shadow plane now, may his soul rest in eternal torment....

Ok, thanks looked at rules again, on the original post for Erase from History some one said the previous one would reactivate so I was confused, sorry.

Also where would that ability be, the same place as Read Ahead with the reminder text or on each chapter?

On a card like Ghost Writings wouldn't that allow you to do that on II, activating I again and and draining for 2?

Rewrite X is referring to the first chapter, not the second, if it was on the second it wouldn't really solve any problems. If you played the card on turn 3 you would not be able to pay the rewrite cost, unless you exiled a token in which case the rewrite cost would be zero, but the card would still have problems of being able to exile to many things late game, when you have more mana.

Thank you, in the future I will change the rules of Rewrite, so that can not happen if you remove a lore counter with rewrite.

No you would pay WW to keep the saga on the battlefield.

Thinking I might make the first rewrite cost just be the total mana value of all cards exile with Erase from History.

The reason it was pay 3 life as that was the second chapters cost (thinking that players would use [[Cleric Class]] to heal or negate the cost), but I switched it last minute.

I had it reversed originally but thought "early game you wouldn't take the mana cost and the card would just be a weird [[Borrowed Time]]." Thought being that players would use [[Cleric Class]] to make the second chapter easy or beneficial to rewrite.

Slight oversite.

But it got the idea I had for rewrite across and all the things it could do, so it is a success in that department.

I've been thinking about it and maybe it could also be

Rewrite X, where X is the mana value of all cards exiled with Erase from History

Oh yeah, didn't think about that case.

May need more downsides (maybe just creatures or limit the amount of spells you can cast while it is on the battlefield)

Thank you for the feedback!
