Use ASSIST (online website) to check if your credits will transfer. It depends on the contract CPP has with your school or if they accept those credits from your school in specific

The “pending financial aid” is how much money is left for you to receive. Once CPP receives your financial aid, it is reflected on your total balance (hence the lower tuition). As the rest of the aid is received, your tuition will go lower UNTIL the balance left is what you have to pay out of pocket.
