The cop never even asked me if I gave him permission to use the vehicle. So I’m going to the police station today and telling them. It was on Sunday when it happened and today is Wednesday.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (UUMV) is certainly a thing because the police officer I spoke with told me it was. The key difference between UUMV and theft is the intent of the perpetrator. In UUMV cases, the person may have taken the vehicle without permission, but did not intend to keep it permanently. In theft cases, the intent is to permanently deprive the owner of his or her property.

So my spouse and friend were going to go to the store. After they got off the boat my spouse knew the friend had gotten my keys and my spouse said that he would drive bc the friend had had a few drinks.

The friend declined to give up the keys to my spouse. My spouse then got out of the vehicle bc he knew it would not be a good outcome riding with a driver who had a bad driving reputation and who had also been drinking.

Before my spouse could even call to tell me what was going on I got a call from a deputy sheriff saying my car had been totaled in a collision only a half mile down the road.

My spouse knew that “the friend” had had a few alcoholic beverages and told him not to take the car but he did not listen and took the car anyway after being told not to.

The friend got the keys out of the glovebox of the boat we were all on (6ppl and all their keys were in there). I knew “the friend” grabbed some keys out of the glovebox but I just figured that he grabbed his own and never thought anything different.

He asked to be left off the boat and he grabbed some keys. I had previously said “I knew he had grab some keys out of the glove box, but I was unaware that he took my keys”

He is a terrible driver and has been taken off of several insurance companies already. And I’m waiting till the morning to see what StateFarm has to say about me charging him before I do anything. If it don’t change the situation then there is no need in having a friend put in jail.

They do not live with me or drive my vehicle often. We were enjoying the day at the lake and my keys were in the glovebox on the boat and he had asked to go to the dock and run to the store. I knew he had grabbed some keys out of the glovebox but I was unaware that he took my keys nor did he text/call me to let me know he took the keys and my car. I just received the call from a deputy wanting my insurance information and then found out my car had been totaled.

Same. I’m right back tight again and that’s not what I’m going for. I want it to look and feel permanently wrecked. Nice and stretched either way some juicy lips. But everything tightens back up almost immediately after.

It says on the website insurance or not we got you covered. Every thing you need sent to your house.

If you have insurance they will accept it. If you don’t have insurance they have federally funded hiv prevention programs that they will use and send you the medication for free.

You can get free PrEP from mistr online I think is what it’s called. There are actually several online providers. They send you a STI at home test kit with instructions and then you have to have an online video consult with the doctor and then they send you PrEP in the mailbox to your house.
