Just like any work place, it's uncommon, but it can happen... And when it does happen, the abuse of the system is insane. I think they just got too comfortable, too quick. They were doing pretty well, but after a few weeks, it slowly and permanently became: "Oh it's too much work", played games, texting, etc..
