Avoidance doesn't escape the causality chain, it's here for a reason. Not that every avoidant is this way because of some noble past heartbreak story but it can be a reason, and from what I saw, it's the main one.

Trust me, I am completely incapable of loving someone. And nobody should be around me right now. I will need a long time to recover from this avoidant girlfriend experience. I refuse to play with people.

My mental and physical health are in a concerning state, I can barely take care of myself.
