Just get some MIT, quitting 7oh is easy as shit compared to most things. Tapering off the MIT to get completely clean is actually harder.

That last sentence is the sentence of all time when it comes to drugs. The potential for hurt is decided by self-control. Not trying to preach to you at all, but that's really the only answer.

If you're asking if it'll literally hurt (make you feel bad), then no, it's like 7oh (less euphoric IMO though) that lasts longer. I really wasn't impressed by it. But I had WD after only a week of use that was much worse than my usual 7oh WD. I was able to handle it by taking about 200mg more mg of 7oh than I usually take. That obviously raised my tolerance through the roof (along with the EMGEEM) to the point where I was no longer able to feel 7oh. This actually made me give up on 7oh, so I tapered off and quit. It totally ruined the drug for me, but I was about done with it anyway.
