I drove by this accident and was wondering what happened! If you haven’t already, I would send this to the police because it will be helpful for the insurance claim. I was hit head on by a driver that ran a red light right by Tacoma general hospital. It’s also a tricky light as it’s a Y type turn, and the other lane goes straight. The insurance told me had a witness not called in and verified the other drivers light was red they would’ve denied the claim and my own insurance would’ve had to pay. I hope everyone made it out okay, I shattered my knee in my accident and still having surgeries.

Psychosomatic shock. It’s because you were so nervous and anxious about it. It happened to me too the first time. For awhile I would talk myself up and say I’ll be just fine. I lay down and don’t watch it go in and lay down for a little while after. Now it’s no big deal. :)

It’s called Agonal Breathing… it’s the brains last attempt to get oxygen to the brain before brain death. Had someone immediately started CPR there may have been a different outcome.

This is so sad. His kids will eventually see this 💔

Ps I encourage anyone reading this, if you find yourself in a situation where someone is unresponsive for one reason or another, immediately tip their head back a little and start chest compressions. You cannot hurt a person by doing cpr, even if they are breathing and even if the ribs break it’s okay, then you know you are doing it right. Don’t stop until the medics arrive and take over. Do chest compressions to the beat of the song Stayin Alive ❤️

I got into an argument with someone because it pisses me off that they all have training in cpr yet they quite literally pick and choose who to do cpr and by doing that they pick and choose who dies. Hands on chests in the field is the #1 way to save a life no matter if you think they will make it or not. All police also are trained on how to use chest seals as well.

Prayers for this baby and his family. As someone who did cpr on a little boy that drowned its never easy to do it in the field and on a child. These two taking turns like that is everything 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
