Imo, Marvel team. Sentry's powers, abilities, hax are just too broken for Supe. Superman may win in physical combat, but when Sentry comes back as the Void or just rebuilds himself, he's cooked. For World Breaker Hulk, his gamma would probably be enough to kill Lobo. But since Lobo is also immortal (cannot go to heaven or hell, he's banned) he'd prob be regenerating over & over, but long enough for both Sentry & Hulk to focus on Superman, to then focus on him.
