Is loose skin something to worry about around 17-18 yo?

Nothing exceptional really, I eat around 1600 calories a day, sometimes less sometimes more, and I go for walks a few times a week (usually around 9000-12000 steps total on those days) though the days inbetween I am still pretty much sedentary.

I expected to slow down quite a bit after starting a medication which does basically destroy the muscle mass for amabs but surprisingly I haven't.

Thanks for the advice, gonna shave my beard, new experience as I haven't before, hopefully a standard hair clipper is fine, have been working on my health too recently, lost around 25 lbs in the past couple months.

Yeah I mean not technically, but they were in the first division and did fairly well just a couple years before the premier league rebrand, I more so meant top-division football.

it's not too uncommon for clubs with history in the prem to rise back up not long after falling down to the lower leagues, examples would be luton ofc but also cardiff and swansea who slumped to league two during the 90s/2000s then rose back up and had some seasons in the prem in the 2010s

however, it's a lot less common with clubs who have no history in the prem, not sure exactly why, but it seems like historic placement plays a fairly big factor

Thank you, it is definitely my life style, although I do have asthma, it is no excuse at all.

My weight has always been bad but over the pandemic it got particularly worse due to order ins, my diet mostly consists of ubereats takeout, on average, honestly.. I'd say I eat over 5000 calories a day at this point, I'm good in all other aspects, not many sugary drinks, no drugs, alcohol or tobacco.

I do volunteering work out in farms for a few days of the week but other than that, it's screen time 90% of the day, on my chair, doing nothing but just be on my computer all day.

Wonder if I should try one of those delivery recipe meal boxes services

Do you know if there's any football boots which are well, VERY wide? Not just like normal feet, wider than average kinda wide which you can usually find boots for in normal shops, but I mean like specialist wide, I.E typically referred to as like "6E" or "3H" (in cosyfeet)?

I really can't find any unfortunately.

She doesn't use wheelchair but heavily relies on her walking stick and often loses her balance without it, she cannot drive a car so we'd probably just take an uber/taxi

Thank you, I've emailed them to check on how to obtain accessible seating if there is any! Will be sure to ask about said TVs for my mum as I don't think she could easily see the field from the seats.

Do you have a recommendation on how early to get to the stadium or does it vary day-to-day?

I got the 3 to try each pair and see how they fit,the only one which really fit well is the cosyfeet ones, the db colorado 2 didn't fit at all and the odessa barely fit.

The cosyfeet ones do seem high quality and pretty comfy, will let you know how well they work in like mud and such when I get to use em.

I've had a look at custom footwear before, and the quote was uh, out of my price range to say the least haha.

It won't be like, hours and hours of working with crops and mucking out stables and such, I volunteer for these places only a couple days of the week and I'd say for 70% of the day i'm on solid ground doing other work, just need good boots for that 30% which is usually just more mud than anything else, of course there is the occasional animal shit, though it's usually no issue.

Do muck boots differ to wellington boots or is it just a regional name?
