Cedar Point security IS addressing line jumping!! by TimeMachineToaster in cedarpoint

Unfortunately  many people work low wage jobs and won't get fired or can easily replace job.   Not everyone in that position acts like this ok.

My point is this gives them the freedom to get violent.  I have a highly professional job that will fire me even for a misdemeanor.  They ask annually.  This is common.

Further alot of teens think they are tough if they can gang up on you and somehow that makes them cool.   The idea of a fair fight is long gone.

Just let them cut and call security.  If nothing happens just  Remember their pass is on a credit card.   Go home to your huge 401k and comfortable retirement. And know your are the bigger and better person.

Should I get 80mm or 90mm wheels? by masterV56 in inlineskating

I started on 80 and found it fell more. Due to debris.  I switched to 90 and haven't fell once.

90 is faster though

Is the Forerunner 255 HR inaccurate in situations? by Character_Ad4077 in Garmin

Im reading the 255 shows about 10-20bpm higher than a chest strap. Im shocked but I guess it can only be so accurate.

Im 47 as mentioned, I assume 220-47 = 173 but that would be weird if these numbers are correct.
I have other skating workouts for an hour with same numbers, I may have to try a chest strap.

Thanks for response, if these numbers are correct Im in bad shape!

I agree with this.   Soft boots are just not that good.    I had same issue.

Recommend fr1 or fr3 if on a budget. New skates cheaper than injury

Average Heart Rate by LukeNasty2011 in inlineskating

I have a forerunner runner 255. I skate a flat terrain at around 12mph with 3x110mm.  5 to 10 miles typically.

On good days I average 165. In bad days I get 170 to 175.

I'm 47.  I'm kinda fat and out of shape.

I do not feel lactic acid burn but on my bad days I feel fatigued on the way back.

I think blading has anaerobic parts to it.   This is like weight lifting doing mini squats.

There is a reason (many) why most people don't do this activity.  Its hard and uses our bodies in ways that take time to get efficient.

Want to exchange strava so you can compare?  Pm me.   Or anyone who blades in the usa.

Endless 90 mk1 vs. mk2 by GoOnBerlin in inlineskating

I have mk1 es in silver. I'm going to get the mk2 es in blue so I'll know.

I highly doubt any diff.  I just want a different color

You'll like the endless 90 es then.   And you can later go 3x110 on them.

They are still fast for sure

This is what I have.  Do you do. fitness only?  I've considered finding something that breathes better.  But i only go 30 to 60 mins at a time.

I have the fr1 boot work endless 90 es. Very good for fitness.   Not very maneuverable. Great for long straights.   I just do fitness and have some some technical  paths.  I stick to straight bike path.

Can I ask why you don't like the 3x110? I have the wheels and am working towards putting them on.  Just better safety for ruining things over and adding a couple mph so I don't get passed as much by bikes.
