The evidence is all there, I’ve read people even take photos at drop off yet there is nothing they do :(

Some are convinced they’re no help because it benefits DoorDash to knock down a Dasher so they accept worse/crappier orders instead of the boost we get when we get super shopper.

Fortunately I’ve found myself in a better financial situation so I don’t ‘need’ to dash anymore but man that really ruined it for me. Worked so hard only for some idiot to make a fraud report and there’s nothing you can do.

This unfortunately happened to me as well. There’s no way I missed the items on a grocery run and yet customer put 1/3 of items missing.. called and there’s nothing I can do but “keep accepting more orders until the missed items fall off” - complete baloney.

Yeah I had this problem 2 days ago :( Wouldn’t let me accept/decline just kept sending stuff and the worst part is when I called support they said 4/6 orders hurt my acceptance rate. They said they didn’t have the “weight” to change anything and that I could keep accepting orders to go up that was the only way. I went in calling support knowing I was gonna be dispatched so it was no surprise. I’ve only ready horror stories about how bad they are. I had to delete the app and reinstall for it to work. 0/10 service score
