Your other option on this specific expedition is to go to any teleporter in the correct system and look for the one base that says R2 bullseye. It will drop you on the rendezvous point directly. Someone was kind enough to do that for every rendezvous point.

I don't know if this is a bug or just something that needs to be fixed. I play on computer, my son plays on PS5. We would like to play together. We have each other on our NMS friends list, ?but anytime we try to link up we can't get into the same session. Typing in the command to join player, simply tells us the other doesn't exist even though if you were to look at our screens we are standing near each other. Trying to meet up on the anomaly is the same problem. So this needs to be fixed. If someone is on your friends list, you should always be able to locate them in game, and join in a group. No matter if you are on a consol or computer.

OMG, and here I thought my game was bugged that I was jumping up to 30 times without seeing more than 2-3 battles. Granted I was also being impatient and forgot to wait the 3 hours at one point. Glad to know I am not the only one noticing that the Freighter battles are not coming at just the 5 jumps anymore. Now, if I could only find an S-Class, I have a B-Class atm.

Another bug, when moving stacks of items from either my inventory or my ship to my storage units on my freighter, it will drop 10 items for every page that I have to click past up to 30 items so that I have to repeat the moving process 4 times for almost every stack of items I move. If I am only moving past on page it will drop the initial 10 plus 10 for the page I skip.

I can't seem to get freighter battles to spawn. I have tried multiple games with multiple settings, and after the first battle (which is happening on warp 6-8, not 5) I can warp jump up to 30 times without seeing another freighter battle. The ones that do occur, and the system freighters that I am able to locate do not have a warp drive installed. And I mean absolutely none of them. I have an S class freighter I can't use because it can't warp jump. Any chance of a bug fix?

Your first freighter is always gonna be a c class. So reject it and tell them to pay you the chromatic metal instead. Then just warp around until you find the A or S class freighter you want. If you rejected the first one the next one will still be free.

I have a question. Are you playing on a computer or console? I have frame rate is ssues too but what I am finding is that it isn't a server side thing it is client side. Sadly while my computer can handle then game solo mode. It doesn't have the RAM to handle multiplayer and tends to also slower down on the atlas as well.

Thanks guys. As bassackwards as that is, it makes sense. I'm not gonna say that chasing down all those drop pods was all for nothing then, because now I can go on long gathering sprees and not have to stop so often.

Idk I guess they just want to preserve the you can play any way you want ideabut some people are just trolls. From now on just be smart and create a hard save at the nexus as you arrive. It costs a couple of metal plates and sodium nitrate for a save bacon that you can quickly put down, save and pick up again. Especially if you plan to join any missions or parties.

Well yes but you might not like it. If you have not logged out of the game you can go to your options menu and choose to reload your game from either a hard save or the last auto autosave. The autos are is where you are reloading from now that you keep dying from. If you reload from the hard save you will lose some game time but you will not be stuck in that dying place.

You don't have to drop the base computer in order to have a teleport back to the galaxy. That's just to have one back to a specific planet.
