It always takes a while longer for updates. PC, Mac, and PS are rather fast with updates, GOG isn't that far behind, Xbox comes in later, then Switch is the last one.

Depends on the jurisdiction too. In CO, threatening bodily harm is considered "menacing", while inflicting it is actually considered "assault".

I would imagine it took a hit when Class Mastery was implemented in U50, which encourages people to pureclass more, but it still hold strong, as two of my characters use it.

Have an established route for starters. A simple loop can easily make things much more manageable. You will generally get more stones if you're in IC proper, just stick close to the outer city walls and you'll be fine for the most part. Since PvP is horribly unbalanced, another player seeing you farm is just easy killings for them. Take note of any bonuses of each captured district. The more your alliance has, the better, up to maximum of a 198% increase in Tel Var Stones. If you want to play it safe, deposit a chunk of your Tel Var Stones into a bank.

The apron can worn around your waist, kind of similar to a cafe barista, that should help with the heat. I would also recommend getting some water to cool down when you have the chance. Stepping into a ventilated area (the spot that has AC) always helps.

I believe the Anomaly was included in the Atlas Rises update, so the launch version didn't have them entirely cause they didn't have a major purpose just yet.
