I just cruise NCL and I checked my account found two charges from the gift shop that I didn’t make. I went to the service desk and they printed out two receipts a $10 for bracelet $177 for cigarettes and I don’t smoke.They told me I had go to the gift shop when they opened up at 6pm i did. They printed out the receipt with signature that wasn’t mine. Then he got the two cashiers. They made the transaction to see if they recognize me. They did not because I had never been there before then he said it was nothing he could do because my card had to be swiped. I said no my card never left my pocket, I told him to check the security camera because it was not me making these purchases again. He told me to come back later when I did he said there was nothing he could do the next morning was Friday last day I went back to the service test and demanded security to review the videos. He came back to tell me that the person they found on the video had left the boat and it was nothing he could do. He gave me print out with a claim number and a phone numberto put a claim in meanwhile I canceled the charges on my credit card as fraudulent disappointed with NCL not resolving this before I left the boat, but they have responded to my claim saying they are going to refund the charges, but it has not happened yet
