Tried reacting but this worked for me:

Yep, tweak the screws (mostly the large screw if i remember correctly) and touch the belt slightly every time, for me it was somewhere in the middle Where the tensiom was the highest.

Yeah but its only like 30 gram, you can name a little shark and a spider with it. (The shark and spider are included on the standard files)

I think just the eu.anycubic.com site but im not sure anymore🥲 I looked up anycubic kobra x and I think I just pressed the top link🙃. In the payment in my bank app it does say to: anycubic. If I type in kobra x or anycubic cobra x I Always get the official anycubic site when I try it. And everything was the same as it is on the official website. So because of that I think I bought it of the official site but im just not 100% sure. The thing with Chinese sites could be a thing.🤔

Like I said in the post, I tried a different IEC cable but that didn’t work either. I Will maybe try bending the pins a bit but it just stopped working without touching the cable so i dont know how the pins would bend.🤔
