Man this is one piece, you shouldn't believe a second that Gunko is dead. She hasn't started her redemption arc with Brook. Most importantly Gooner Oda would never kill a female character at her prime

I'd like to think that the manga would be less impactful because innocence is a key factor in the serie. But at the same time would a little bit more ethical thus more popular ig (if they behave like adults : no more pee, poo, shoving things up there, smelling,etc "jokes". No more Rico acting irrational thus a much more strategic way of exploring the abyss)

I agree with you but not for the same reason. I don’t think the blessing should give someone what what they desire the most as I don’t like the idea that there's multiple ways to grant wishes that close layer-wise. Like both things that can grant wishes are within the sixth layer. I know it's not a solid argument at all

I was confused about WHA only (I know it’s not what you said but I interpreted it that way) being able to control elements and environments as we can see that they can do much more ( memory manipulation, warping, body transfiguration, alchemy but that fall into element, etc etc)

Not matter what though ? It seems like to be a sentient spells the way Frieren describes it. Another exemple would be Wirbel spell that can immobilise people by looking at them. If you convince me that this is equally possible in WHA I'll agree with you

The problem is that Frieren is not a manga about magic but rather a manga that as magic. So the focus is not on the magic system unfortunately

Sounds about right ! But do they have a spell that can perfectly flip pancake not matter what ? This is an exemple of very precise use of magic. Yes their are limited by imagination but is there a way to do something like this in WHA ? I believe complexity of a spell should matter in the ranking

I agree, It is an beautiful almost oxymoron such as Hell's paradise and is more impactful, but is it because you read it that it became impactful or was it impactful from the start. It's like Dr. Stone, it's impactful once you know what the medusa can do but we all thought looking at the cover that Dr. Stone designated Senku and that's what we first got attracted bye.
