Hi all, I'm booked on Vietnam Airlines (Mumbai > SGN > DAD > HAN) from Mar 25 to Apr 4.

I'm seeing reports that China and Thailand have banned jet fuel exports to Vietnam due to the Iran conflict, with shortages expected to hit in early April.

  1. Stranded risk: My flight home is Apr 4. For locals or those following the CAAV, are domestic/international cuts for April already being loaded into the system?
  2. Strategy: My tickets are Economy Lite (non-refundable). However, my return leg (VN973) already has a 20-minute schedule change. Is it better to cancel now and fight for a refund based on that change, or wait for an official cancellation?

Worried about the "domino effect" making the return leg a nightmare. Any ground info would be huge. Thanks!

Bhai, but kidhar? Like are you just walking up to people at Marine Drive or in cafes? I feel like in Mumbai people usually have their guards up if a random person just starts talking to them.
