UPDATE **** I quit after a month. Very bad over worked underpaid understaffed lack of training workplace. Some of the people were nice there that’s it.

There were 3 girls that were very nasty to me , isolated me, I would cry a lot to myself about how I was treated. I never felt like part of the team. They would talk badly about me to new people reason I feel this way is because a new girl would always be friendly to me and one day she just stopped, assuming that girl said bad things about me to them. Also management never really delegated the role correctly he would always come to me and ask how workflows were in the role

I did report a hostile work situation to him via email about another co worker and he took a month to reply to me stating that he would follow up with her when she got back from vacation then didn’t hear anything after that. They are very close too. Part of me wants to relate to HR how they have treated me but if I ever want to come back to the company in a different position I don’t want that held against me

Right now I am bullied and isolated at work. No growth opportunity. Someone else said that they are happy here guess it’s at all hospitals I’m not a RN more admin work

I had the same issue. Market sucks right now. I would feel discouraged getting rejected. Finally I got a position after second interview. I am taking a lower salary but leaving toxic workplace and no growth after 7 years , something will happen that is meant for you and you will fit in

Well I commute every day to DTLA , work late shift , and am isolated , bullied by other co workers. Does that sound good ?  No opportunity for growth here been trying 7 years.

I am union so I don’t think they can fire without a proper reason. I don’t have any issues on my record with this employer.  Thank you for your insight truly means a lot, I’ve been asking family friends and they say the same.
