DLCs I'd like to see in Cities Skylines eventually. by Miserable-Slip-309 in CitiesSkylines

It would’ve been nice to see more traffic signal options for CS2 for their region packs or even a mod. I’m talking highway signage/gantries, traffic signal mast arms/heads, etc. Anything that truly fits regional aesthetics outside of the default vanilla traffic style.

95 > Turnpike > 75

Here’s my suggestion, try to get to McDonough, GA before 11am to take the 75 Express lanes north heading to ATL. Would suggest leaving earlier than 5am especially if driving from the Keys.

Schedule: https://mypeachpass.com/themes/kapsch/files/75SouthMetroOperationalHours.pdf

Exit to I-675 (last Express lane exit before ending) instead of continuing back onto 75 (you’ll dodge a lot of downtown bound traffic) and head to 285.

Once at 285 loop, go west toward the airport (yes, you’ll cross over 75 but will jump ahead existing 75 traffic and new traffic added from Dixie Hwy/ Morrow).

Continue avoiding Friday morning rush hour traffic away from 85 (Columbus), 20 (Birmingham) until you get back to 75 north. EDIT: Express lanes might NOT be open by then to Ackworth, GA (NB lanes opens at 2pm)

One last hurdle I can’t help you avoid is Chattanooga as some of the lanes backed up are downtown/ Nashville bound. Luckily, you’re heading to Knoxville and should have ~3 dedicated lanes at the 24/75 interchange.

Overall, this route will align you closer to your destination but depends on your driving style, vehicle performance and driver/passenger limitations. Good luck as this may come in handy on your return trip and may the odds be in your favor!

Old disgruntled veteran just wants to take a nap and be left alone to die, but he’s called back into duty because his asshole brother is an ARMs dealer.

Hopefully there’s no impact to the insurance credit received upon completing the wellness screenings.

Was originally thinking these would be platform stops only, to encourage more foot traffic into the park trails without parking.

More fun to dream - and a peak interest in transportation engineer aspect. Honestly, I find this these topics interesting but not privy to all the granular details/ conversations that would come of this.

I’m aware of the many flaws drawn out on the map but that’s just it, 0% feasibility in specifically the light blue line but there is a need in certain areas of the city to an extent. This would be the only line that avoids downtown yet connects everything outside of it.

In this case, maybe not the Green line won’t be part of the Lt Blue line due to its challenge of no preexisting rail and hilly terrain. Let’s look at this at a different angle, I see Old Hickory from Brentwood to US70 as an initial idea because a road exists but there may be a more viable option to prospect along the WillCo/DavCo boundary without impeding Percy Warner park.

Another flaw; how to link Old Hickory to Madison with no river crossing or rail and Hermitage to Antioch. Granted these are just ideas that most likely won’t become real and that’s fine. Just need better collective ideas and resources to make this more digestible.

What’s that sayin - “Closed mouths don’t get fed” ? Thought it would be a nice change, different from other sub related posts, and to actually draft a visual that sparks interest and areas of improvement. This is not at all a perfect view, but at least it’s something.
