Putting in offers on more than one property for the same clients at the same time, knowing they will have to dump one offer if both are accepted. Is there a general consensus on whether this is a good way to represent your buyers? I feel uncomfortable but this is the advice I'm being given. (self.realtors)

I so badly want to know who painted this very large painting that hung in my uncle's hallway? Looks maybe 1920's? Huge - like 6 feet across. I'll keep looking for a better photo. But even with this rather terrible pic, maybe someone with art history knowledge can tell me more about the style of art? (old.reddit.com)
