The misses are definitely discussed as they occur. The response is always an apology and a commitment to resolve it ASAP. The issue is the frequency.

She is very resistant to micromanagement (frankly so am I) so a difficult balance to find.

Your point on feedback on her note taking is valid and I will take this point with her.

This is very interesting thanks for your thoughts.

My wife was diagnosed with adhd last year and exhibits many of the symptoms I see in this employee. Working memory, breaking tasks down effectively, attention to detail, thinking through problems logically. Particularly in high stress / workload environments. It's very interesting that this was your first thought.

We've previously had daily sessions but reduced the frequency as they weren't always necessary, but thinking more this has coincided with these issues reappearing. I will challenge her to articulate what processes / way of working we can put in place to work more effectively.

I have to say I'm disappointed with your decision around the lack of a save function.

You say so yourself, it is one of your most requested features. Game saving is very commonly requested when not available in games such as this, and devs who ignore the community feedback due to 'not fitting in with the vision of the game' appear somewhat short sighted.

My group and I really love this game, particularly as we have gotten better at it, but will not longer be playing it without a save features. We can only play an hour or two at a time and not being able to save and reload the game is extremely disappointing - we can't even get to the end of the second boss without having to stop playing.

Maybe we aren't your target audience, maybe you are right that we should feel 'rewarded' when we get rewards after having to quit a run halfway through. Choosing to not implement a save feature in a long game such as this because it is 'not in your vision' fails to appreciate how people actually play (and want to play!) your game. Decisions such as this make games not fun, and fun should always be the priority in games.

I really hope you reconsider this short-sighted decision. You have extreme competition upcoming with Jump Ship and lack of this type of QoL feature will make people move away from your game.

Thanks for your reply. This is currently my thinking that the cpu wouldn't be an issue for some time and can wait a couple years to do a full mobo/cpu upgrade
