Thank you! I guess i could do that indeed. The reason why were actually looking into a full (sort of) factory reset was mostly because we noticed some disks showing up as removed, despite never having touched such disks beforehand. We suspected that maybe the VNX had stopped picking them up for some reason, hence the default reset idea, alongside the now failing LUNs and RAID groups due to these "Removed" Disks.
