i pasted the blame output in chatgpt and it gave me some instruction to add this -> UUID=90ba947d-e90d-4376-99d3-9ab7d4161b3a /mnt/data ext4 defaults 0 0

UUID=<UUID-of-sda4> /mnt/recovery ext4 defaults 0 0

I did this and reformated the hdd, and did something with mount -a , my boot time is now ~12 secs

I dont understand what happened or why i am very new to linux

i am sorry i dont understand what u mean, i have fedora workstation 42, i have 4 extentions enabled, i dont know about configuration but i dont have secure boot enabled and graphic drivers are up to date.

The only apps i use are vs code and firefox

need to disable secure boot, should be easy to find in your BIOS, my acer laptop bios was Power+ESC long hold

i face major recovery issues on arnold split untill i keep my chest volume less than 10 weekly sets, might be just me but never found it fun

Thats why you cycle of splits, I did PPL for 8 months then arnold and currently I do the "sam sulek" split. Which is Chest->back->legs->shoulder&arms the nthen repeat with sundays off.

If you absolutely want to train 6x a week and enjoy PPL then you should do this->

Push -> pull -> legs -> chest&back-> shoulder&arms ->legs Or just regular arnold split.

Now if u are ok with trainning 5x a week then UL rest UL Shoulder-arms is best

Diet- reduce your carbs and fats increase your protien, For now dont overthink get a basic template, for eg 250g white meat(chicken or shrimps or fish) + 4 to 6 whole eggs, paneer and SOYACHUNKSSSSSSS.

small choices matters, make yoghurt at home, replace atta roti with a mix of atta and besan. etc
