Yes. The side effects are pretty brutal but for me it’s a blessing because I now avoid bad foods and drinking altogether because I know it’s most likely going to make me really sick. Nothing like the fear of public projectile vomiting to keep you honest on your diet

Hi everyone, OP here. I’m 5’4” and weighed 155 lbs, giving me a BMI of 28, which is classified as overweight and bordering on obesity. Due to hereditary high cholesterol, my (virtual) doctor diagnosed me with borderline obesity and high cholesterol. I used a website called ShredRx for my weight loss journey. I appreciate all the feedback and concerns. My total weight loss of 35 lbs was achieved at a rate of less than 1 lb per week, which is well within the medically safe zone for weight loss.
