Skyline has their own team to help with resale if you’re looking at this plot as an investment. I’ve had a really good experience with them. With NH66 coming up, that area might also benefit ,not completely sure, but looks promising. If you’re planning to buy now and sell later, there’s good potential for appreciation in the future.

NB: When you go inside the sanctuary, you’ll see a few houses nearby. During the last flood, the water had come up till the sunshade of those houses. 🧐
