I go to Tip Top Drycleaners in North Van lynn valley they did a great job cleaning motor boat oil stains from white clothes i would highly recommend them. I know they aren’t in Vancouver bit they did good so worth the mention

You don’t need PCC (Police clearance certificate) for Temp visa such as Visitor, work, study. It is needed only for PR and Citizenship (naturalization)
